We’re a short walk from Waterford’s Middle and High Schools, and minutes away from your favorite grocery, convenience stores, restaurants, “big box” stores, movie theater,and ice rink.

The Board of Directors want to welcome you to our official website. We hope this will be a place to keep you informed, exchange ideas, and strive to improve our community. We have tried to include helpful information here for all co-owners.
